An essential part of our life as"a spiritual being having a human experience" is the desire for love and connection. Whether it is the joyous sharing of love and sexual ecstasy with a beloved, or the desire for a personal knowing of God/Goddess/All That Is, we all want to feel more love, pleasure and sense of connection in our lives.
The path of tantra can help us not only connect with others in a beautiful, sensual, loving way, but also awaken a profound knowing of the source of love that resides within us.

Red Tantra
We all experience an abundance of misinformation and negative conditioning
about love and sex, which has prevented us from reaching the real depths
of sexual love and our true potential as lovers.
In Red Tantra, we learn to honor the body, nurture the flame of love, expand pleasure beyond what we thought possible, as well as transform our consciousness, relationships and life with powerful practices.
White Tantra
Buddha once said "Be a lamp unto thyself." White tantra helps
us achieve this aim with yoga postures, breath practices, mudras, mantras,
meditation and other esoteric energy practices to awaken Kundalini, expand
consciousness and know ourselves as the source for which we look.
Tantra is an exciting
and fulfilling exploration of an ancient path of sexual and spiritual
awakening that is as effective in this modern age as it ever was. It is
my bliss to share this knowledge in the form of workshops, classes, personal
coaching and monthly gatherings.

Sacred circles will resume in the fall. Also in the works are "Practicing the Secret" group meetings, in which we will learn to understand the law of attraction and practice manifesting your heart's desires. No prior experience is necessary to attend.

In this course, we will explore ancient as well as modern practices for increased love, intimacy and spiritual connection. Participants will explore the divine essence of the masculine and feminine, and receive detailed instructions in orgasmic expansion, practice exercises to free creative and sexual energy, as well as powerful rituals to heal past wounds and disappointments.

A tantra course for the 21st century man
In this exploration of the path of sexual mastery, men will learn practices to separate orgasm from ejaculation, share multiple full-body orgasms with a woman, as well as experience the grace and strength of loving with an open heart. This gathering of men provides a forum for us to go beyond the "Macho Man" and "New Age Wimp" stereotypes and explore how the 21st century male best embodies the divine masculine.

Connect with the divine feminine essence
Namae N'tumae will lead this workshop for women wishing to explore ancient and contemporary tantra practices to enrich the participant's collective brilliance of feminine love and wisdom. Participants will feel what it means to walk in their highest state of being as women, beholding, becoming and embodying the sacred sexual priestess and shaman that is at the core of the feminine experience.
