In the last gathering we had a chance to experience out inner Divine beloved, which was wonderful, but also brought up a lot of questions and some feelings for the folks that were there. Sometimes a taste of honey can be a bit disruptive!

In this next gathering, we will practice a grounding meditation and other Tantric Kundalini practices to stay grounded in that open loving state and feel bliss anytime, even if we are yearning for something/someone else or feeling difficult emotions. No prior experience is necessary to attend.
Peace, Love and Freedom,

Kevin Brown, C.T.E.

"Love is always there, alive as your core. In any moment, you can remember to feel it, open as it, and give it. And this takes practice."

- From "Finding God Through Sex," a book by David Deida

March News: Grounding into the Universal Flow

Spiritual energy system illustrated by Alex Grey.
In this month's puja we will do practices to feel this energy flow in our being.

This river of life that we are all flowing in can offer us a gentle blissful ride, or thunder us over the most terrifying rapids.

Sometimes we feel loved and supported, and sometimes it seems as if life is out to get us.

The key to enjoying the ride (this life) is remembering that we are the river as well. We are the ocean of love we are swimming in and often so desperately trying to "connect to."

So often, we pinch ourselves off from source (god) and forget that we are in fact that same essence.

So, big fat hairy deal.

We've all read the books, done the workshops, and yet that fleeting feeling of connection still comes and goes. How do we stay grounded in the flow of life, feel "connected" and feel aligned with our highest good?

Kundalini Meditation Retreat
Susan Carlson and Rob Grace of the Kundalini Support Network
May 26 - 28, The Edge Retreat Fruitland, Utah

I wouldn't recommend a Kundalini retreat unless the people teaching it are seriously awakened Kundalini mystics and have been working with that primal evolutionary life force long enough to know how to help others. This workshop is the real deal. You will learn ancient as well as non-traditional practices to help awaken your Kundalini during the weekend and/or further your Kundalini development.
